I have to make music because I am music!”

Anyone who has the opportunity to experience the 30-year-old, likeable Nica at one of her numerous live performances will quickly realize that this is not just an empty phrase, but her deep, personal conviction.

She certainly inherited her musical talent from her equally musical family: her mother is an opera singer/coach and her father is a trumpet player/coach. So it was only natural for her to follow in her footsteps, and at the age of 16 she began taking singing lessons with musical star Yana Kris. Just six months later, she was performing professionally throughout Germany as a soloist with the show ensemble “The Voice Factory”. She also participated in various workshops in singing, dancing, acting and performance. At the young age of 18 she decided to go her own way: as a soloist and as a vocal coach.

Since then, she has helped many young talents and experienced artists achieve their goals, whether that is their voice, preparation for their performance, or studio recording.

2008-2010 she worked as a vocal coach at the Modern Music School in Brühl. And coached students from old to young.

2010 she completed her jazz/pop studies
an dem Conservatorium in Maastricht.

2011 she and her duet partner Joe ( Nica & Joe ), took the third place at the casting show X-Factor, and are now giving numerous concerts Europe wide..
And she is working on her own solo album in parallel.

2013 she and her duet partner Joe (Nica & Joe) performed at the German preliminary round of the ESC (Eurovision Song Contest).
